EXPOSITION PEINTURES JULIEN LAPORTE

A graduate of the Beaux-Arts in Paris, Julien has set up his studio in Perpignan, where he cultivates an instinctive and luminous body of work, in praise of the South as a whole and without borders.
Like a contemporary fauve, the artist captures landscapes and scenes of life. Her rapid, generous pencil strokes capture the elusive, and her palette is bursting with colour.
Like an invitation to travel, strolling, contemplative, sometimes meditative, the artist shares his imagination with us.
In 2021, his oil pastel work, full of vitality, inspired the singer Joseph Chédid to create the cover of his song “Guérir”.
